Navigating the increasingly complex and specialized healthcare system can be overwhelming and frustrating. Coordinating specialists, appointments, medications, treatment plans, insurance, and medical bills places a heavy burden on you and your loved ones. With over 10 years of experience in various aspects of healthcare, I am here to help.
As a nurse, I have gone the extra mile to ensure my patients feel confident in their next steps of medical care. As a surgical service manager and surgical center administrator, I have tackled the intricacies of medical billing and insurance. As the mother of a pediatric cancer survivor, I have mastered the art of patient advocacy.
My experiences advocating for my daughter through her cancer treatments, advocating for my patients as a nurse, and working behind the scenes in administration at different types of medical facilities have given me the tools to help my friends and family through their healthcare complexities. I hope to bring this service to others that are in need of an advocate by their side while they navigate their healthcare journeys.
All clients will receive a 30-minute consultation at no charge.
All services will be held on a retainer and then will be charged hourly after the retainer is reached.
